With the ongoing pandemic we are working as fast as possible to get the Paragon Table to you. We keep the shop page updated with estimated arrival times, and you will receive emails updating you after you have placed your order.   

Each PARAGON Table will ship with a simple user manual. An online manual and instructional videos can be also be found on our webpage.

Yes, there is a 2-year warranty on your purchase. Additionally, each electronic component has been designed to be easily replaced by you! We offer excellent customer service and a comprehensive video library, where we can show you step by step how to quickly and easily replace most parts on your table should you ever need to. 

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. If you cancel your order after it ships, you may not receive a full refund on shipping. You can find more information on our refund policy here.

If you have questions regarding shipping prior to your purchase, more information can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
