RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from delivery if it’s in as-new condition with the original packaging. Customers will need to ensure that the table is packed properly in the original box, with care to ensure the table will not be damaged in normal shipping conditions. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help. We will also send you packing instructions via email once the return request has been received. Furthermore, the customer will be required to pay the full cost of return shipping to either our U.S. warehouse or our E.U. warehouse, depending whichever is closest. However, the customer will not be liable for the cost of return shipping in the following situations:

– The table arrives damaged and the customer either does not sign for the package due to clear damage of the shipping box, or the customer makes immediate note of the box arrival condition and contacts either us or the postal courier to make it known that the product has arrived damaged. We will try our best to make this as easy for you as possible and to send out a replacement as quickly as possible.

– The table is defective and no easy repair can be done. Our product has been designed so that each component is easy to replace. Our first step would be to troubleshoot the issue with you, if we can identify the problem and determine it is an easy fix, we will send you the new part and walk you, or a technician hired by us, through step by step how to replace the part, or direct you to one of our online video tutorials. If, the table cannot be fixed, we will replace the table for you and pay the shipping cost to return the original table and the shipping cost of the replacement. Furthermore, it is important that you pack the original table in it’s original box (if possible) with the original packaging material and ensure the table is packed safely to not sustain any damage during normal shipping conditions. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order for a full refund at anytime prior to the order shipping. For all orders that are canceled prior to items shipping, no delivery fee will be charged, and you will be refunded the full amount.
